CHAINSAW LA

Karla Subero Pittol is a Los Angeles based chef who founded and oversees “Chainsaw LA,’’ a traveling, female-lead and operated kitchen focused on cooking outside over open fires. Chainsaw is discovering culinary break throughs by going back to rustic practices fashioned during the birth of cooking. We met Karla in her repurposed garage where she creates recipes and plans her culinary expeditions.

This garage acts as a multifaceted kitchen and event space housing a stylish dining room, bar, and thoughtful interior design. Sitting for a meal, we quickly realized all these elements in tandem make Chainsaw LA not only an exciting and lively space to consume a meal, but also one that doesn’t fall into any box.
